Why we exist
AI moved from "interesting demo" to "table-stakes business tool" faster than anything in recent memory. But the gap between what AI can do and what most businesses are actually doing with it is enormous.
Big consultancies sell six-figure transformation programmes. Hype merchants sell courses full of prompts. Neither of those gets a small business to a useful place.
